FLOWER TEA

This gentle tea is primarily for combating stress but it also clears heat and detoxifies, calms the liver and mind, and helps with qi regulation. 

Serves 1 

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons rosebud flowers 玫瑰花
1 teaspoon chrysanthemum flowers 菊花
1/2 teaspoon jasmine flowers 茉莉花       

Directions:
Lightly wash all of the ingredients before placing in a mug. Pour boiling water into the cup, and cover for 5 to 7 minutes before drinking. 

Tips:
The best time to drink this tea is in the evening because it gives you a restful sleep. Do not eat the flowers.
